What Are Warts?

A wart is generally a small growth that appears on the hands or feet of a person and that looks like a small cauliflower or a solid blister. They can also appear in other parts of the body.
Warts have a rough texture and are caused by viruses, especially one of several types of HPV (human papilloma virus).
The virus causes, keratin, a protein takes on the top layer of the skin to grow too quickly.
Warts are not the same as moles. Moles are dark and can become very large, while warts are almost always small size and have the same color as the skin of a person.
The appearance of a wart may vary depending on the part of the body is, as well as the skin is thick as. A wart on the sole of the foot is known as a wart.
